Single Board Order Instructions

Important notes:

  • Please communicate with customer service before purchasing to confirm the installation holes of our board and the installation and fixing methods of the original machine shell. Contact customer service before purchasing to guide you on how to install and confirm before purchasing.
  • Measure the size of the original machine board before placing an order to ensure that our board can be put in. If you are not sure whether it can be used, please take a photo to confirm with customer service.
  • We only need a knob to adjust the current size and install it in front of the machine. You still use our one knob as you did before. If your machine has multiple knobs, the other buttons will not be used. Please be aware of this.
  • This single board is not compatible with your previous display. If you need a display, please purchase our package with digital display. If your machine does not have a display or does not need a display, just purchase the standard package. The standard package comes with a potentiometer and a wiring harness with an indicator light.
  • The size of the digital display is 45mm*26mm.
  • It can only be connected to 220V AC, not 380V power supply, and a single power supply is stable.

As PCBs are custom products, returns are not supported. For quality issues, please contact customer service for a refund or replacement, but we do not bear any losses or costs beyond the product value. Delays in delivery due to force majeure factors such as power outages or water supply interruptions will not be compensated.

If there are any issues or special instructions, please communicate directly with customer service for confirmation. Do not leave messages, as we will not be responsible for any missed messages. Before and after payment, please confirm the process, quantity, and layers with customer service. Problems that arise after production or shipment will not be eligible for refunds. Since this product requires a high level of expertise, if the purchasing personnel are not knowledgeable, please confirm with your engineer or customer service. We will not be responsible for any issues caused by the customer's lack of understanding.

✦ Delivery Time Calculation

Orders placed before 17:00 are considered as placed on the same day; orders placed after 17:00 are considered as placed the next day. "24-hour delivery" refers to one business day, not 24 calendar hours. The delivery time provided by customer service and on the page does not include Sundays or holidays.

Green solder mask, white silkscreen, 1.6mm board thickness, HASL, 1oz copper thickness, vias with solder mask, line width/spacing 0.2mm, vias above 0.3mm. The Gerber format is used according to the provided files. (The quotation is based on standard processes; please inform customer service of any special process requirements for a new quotation.)

What types of PCB materials do you support?
We support a wide range of materials including high-frequency options (Rogers, CLTE, Genclad, FastRise27), high-speed options (Megtron6, Megtron4, Megtron7, N4000 series), lead-free/halogen-free options, and others like Polyimide, LCP, BT, and Fradflex.
What is your maximum capability for layers and thickness?
We can process samples up to 68 layers and mass production up to 64 layers. Our maximum board thickness is 10mm for volume runs and up to 14mm for prototype processing.
What CAD and CAM file formats do you accept?
We accept standard Gerber file formats (RS-274-X and RS-274-D), as well as project files from CAD, DXP, Protel 99 SE, PADS, and GC-CAM.
Can custom PCB orders be returned or exchanged?
Because PCBs are highly customized products, standard returns are not supported. However, if there are quality issues, you can contact customer service to arrange for a refund or replacement.
What are the standard lead times for sample and mass production?
For standard 2-layer PCBs, the shortest sample lead time is 24 hours, with 3 days standard. Mass production typically takes 6 to 7 days. Higher-layer boards require longer times (e.g., 8-layer samples take about 72 hours, and 9-12 days for mass production).
What quality standards and certifications do you comply with?
