How can you guarantee the quality of the parts?
We offer a 3-month warranty for used parts and a 1-year warranty for new parts. If you receive the parts and they do not work correctly, you can return them to us within 7 days, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
How about the packaging when they are shipped?
We typically use 3cm thick foam board to fully line the inside of the box for component protection. Cartons are used for packaging standard parts, and customized wooden boxes are built for heavy items.
Which payment methods and shipping carriers can you accept?
We accept various payment methods including PayPal, Western Union, and T/T (Bank Transfer). For shipping, we support major carriers such as UPS, EMS, TNT, FEDEX, DHL, and others.
If I only have a PCB sample and no PCB files, can you manufacture it?
Yes, we can copy the design directly from your physical sample to generate a Gerber file for production. We can also design Gerber files from schematics provided by the customer.
Will you allow me to put several part numbers together into one panel?
Yes, this is a standard practice in our factory. Paneling multiple part numbers helps customers optimize production yield, reduce panel costs, and decrease overall assembly expenses.
Are my design files safe when I submit them to you for manufacturing?
Absolutely. All design documentation and Gerber data are kept highly confidential within our systems and will not be shared with any third party. We are fully prepared to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for added security.
